Gates
In a gated community the crew and the slab truck need to be on the gate list before measure day and again before install day. We ask for the gate details when we book.

Temecula Custom Countertops is a trusted name for countertop installation near Temecula, CA, working out of Riverside County and specializing in kitchen countertop replacement, island tops and outdoor kitchen surfaces. We offer bathroom vanity tops and slab fireplace surrounds.
Our team provides scheduled measure and install days across two counties, delivering countertops that fit the cabinets they sit on for both residential and commercial projects. We template every job on site, never from a plan, and the same crew returns to set the stone it measured.
From arranging gate access at a lake community to planning a slab delivery up a long rural drive, our team handles every detail. Serving Temecula, French Valley, Temescal Valley, Valley Center and Harmony Grove, we put the measure date and the install plan in writing.
How we work
Homeowners get a free measure. Wineries, restaurants, offices and builders get a bid from their drawings.

Towns we cover
North of Temecula the service area follows the Interstate 15 corridor and the lakes and hills beside it. French Valley sits just to the northeast and is almost entirely made up of houses built after 1990, which makes it the clearest example of an upgrade market: the cabinets are sound and the builder-grade tops are ready to go. Canyon Lake is a gated lake community laid out in 1968, so its homes are older and its kitchens are more often due for full replacement, with gate access and association review to arrange first. Temescal Valley, further north toward Corona, is a newer community with golf course neighbourhoods and an over-55 development, where original builder granite is being swapped for quartz.
These three communities share the same county rules and the same general water supply picture as Temecula: hard water from the regional districts. That makes non-porous quartz and well-sealed granite the common choices near the sink.
South of the county line the area turns rural quickly. Rainbow is a foothill valley of farms and nurseries only minutes from Temecula, with older homes on acreage. Fallbrook, one of the largest unincorporated communities in San Diego County and known for its avocado groves, has many ranch and grove houses from earlier decades. Bonsall is horse country, with equestrian properties around the San Luis Rey River valley. Hidden Meadows sits on the hills east of Interstate 15, with an older population and view lots. Valley Center is a large rural community of ranches and groves.
Further south are the two places closest to the coast on our list. San Marcos is a full city with a university, a college and the San Elijo Hills master plan, so it mixes older homes, newer builder kitchens and condos. Harmony Grove, between San Marcos and Escondido, is a newer equestrian-themed village whose homes already have builder quartz and are now being upgraded.

Getting the stone to the kitchen is part of the job, and around here access varies more than in most places.

Interior countertop work rarely needs association approval, but exterior work such as an outdoor kitchen often does. Canyon Lake's property owners association, for example, reviews exterior changes through a committee, so a patio island is planned around that approval.
On rural properties in Rainbow, Bonsall or Valley Center a slab may travel a long private drive or a steep approach. We look at the route at the measure and plan the carry, since a large island piece needs a clear path and enough hands.
Homes from the 1960s to the 1980s are more likely to have out-of-square walls and tile tops on a heavy mortar bed, which affects tear-out time and the template.
The communities on this list differ enough that the same kitchen would often be finished differently in each of them.
In French Valley, Temescal Valley, Harmony Grove and the San Elijo Hills part of San Marcos, the cabinets are usually young and level. The upgrade is about the surface: a premium quartz, a quartzite, a bigger island or a full-height backsplash, without disturbing the cabinet boxes.
In Canyon Lake, Fallbrook and parts of San Marcos, many houses date from the 1960s to the 1980s. Expect the old top to come off with its backsplash, the cabinets to be checked and shimmed, and the sink and faucet to be replaced at the same time.
In Rainbow, Bonsall, Hidden Meadows and Valley Center, kitchens are often large and joined by wet bars, guest house kitchens, utility rooms and outdoor islands. Planning the whole property at once lets the slabs be bought together and keeps the colour consistent from room to room.
Hard water is the common thread. Whichever community you are in, the area around the sink benefits from a stone that does not absorb water, or from a natural stone that is sealed and cleaned with a pH-neutral product.
The price of a countertop does not change much from one town to the next; the stone, size and details matter far more. As a guide from industry ranges, a typical kitchen replacement in quartz or granite is estimated at roughly $2,500 to $6,000, and a vanity top at about $500 to $2,000. Distance and access can add to an estimate where a job needs a long haul, extra hands for a difficult carry, or a second trip because of gate or association timing.
For the communities more than about 40 minutes from Temecula, such as San Marcos, Valley Center and Harmony Grove, we group measure and install days so a crew is not crossing the county for a single job. That keeps the schedule predictable, and the date you are given at the measure is the date we plan around.
Every figure on this page is an estimate and subject to change with stone prices and the specifics of your job. The final price is the one in your written quote.
Businesses in the service area follow the same commercial process as those in Temecula. Wineries and tasting rooms, restaurants, inns and resorts, medical and dental offices and home builders send drawings or a finish schedule, receive a written bid, and approve shop drawings before fabrication. For businesses outside Temecula we plan the install around opening hours and, where several trips are needed, around the phasing the general contractor has set.

Questions
Often, yes. If you are near Temecula but not in one of the ten communities listed, call and we will tell you whether we can schedule your job.
Sometimes. A long haul, a difficult carry or a second trip can add to the estimate, and we tell you at the measure if any of that applies before you receive the written quote.
We ask for the gate details when you book, and you add our crew and the delivery to the gate list for the measure and the install.
Interior countertops usually do not need approval, but exterior work such as an outdoor kitchen often does. Check your association's rules, and we can supply drawings and material details for an application.
For places 40 minutes or more from Temecula, grouping jobs on the same day keeps the schedule reliable and avoids a crew travelling across the county for one install.
Yes. The measure is free and without obligation in every community we serve.
Where the stone allows, yes. We measure both buildings together and, for natural stone, try to cut both sets of tops from slabs of the same lot.
Yes. Our list covers communities in both, and the process is the same in each.
Tell us about the drive, any gates, steps or slopes between the parking area and the kitchen, and whether a truck can turn around. With that we can plan the carry and the crew size before install day, rather than discover the route on the morning.
